Founder in 2021, our ministry is devoted to helping people see the future of their lives with greater hope and faith to face tomorrow. Thanks to the generosity of others, The Guilloux Faith & Hope Foundation provides those in need in Haiti with food, school supplies, shoes, toys, clothes and medical supplies along with love-centered tools and equipment to email empower them for a brighter future.
Looking forward to helping them with a feed distribution center, daily meals, mobile clinics, clothes, etc…we enable individuals to travel and live better. We believe that if we work together to accomplish this mission of love in human lives, you and I may experience God more closely and can develop a deep personal relationship with Christ, the center of our mission and vision.

The Guilloux Faith & Hope Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization whose mission is to support, accompany, comfort, and encourage elderly people without family and orphaned children in Haiti with dignity and respect through the help of kindhearted volunteers and donations.

Volunteers with The Guilloux Faith and Hope Foundation without any fix schedule or frequency engagement. You can help with the food, clothes or any donations rescue from the donors.
Volunteers nurses, doctors and nurses-aides will be helping with clinic mobile, disaster, rescues or any activities plan by the Guilloux Faith and Hope Foundation. Handymen, constructors, builders, trucks drivers ect… can sign up voluntary to build and completing for high levels of construction or reconstruction of schools, hospitals, churches, and shelters.
Sheila Guilloux, a country person at heart, has a deep love for nature and a thirst for knowledge about the world around her. Her love for the outdoors began at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. Sheila genuinely appreciates the simple things in life and finds joy in exploring the natural beauty of her surroundings.
During her early teenage years, Sheila discovered her passion for volunteering while working with the Red Cross in Haiti as a disaster response volunteer. Her experience at Red Cross left a lasting impact on her, igniting a desire to help others in need. Through volunteering, she has developed a strong sense of responsibility and protective nature towards her community and those around her.
Sheila’s dedication to volunteer work has allowed her to help others and grow as an individual. Her experiences have taught her the importance of compassion, understanding, and kindness towards everyone she meets. With each new opportunity to make a difference, she inspires those around her and leaves a positive impact.
Sheila is not only dedicated to volunteering , but also holds strong personal values and qualities that guide her through life. Her conscientiousness is reflected in her deep sense of honesty and strict attention to what is morally right. She believes in living a life of integrity, as both a Christian and an Etiquette Consultant, valuing and respecting people while remaining truthful and grateful for assistance and favor.
Her early volunteering experiences, specifically helping disaster victims and those in need, have taught her the importance of stress tolerance and given her a better understanding of life. Sheila knows how to remain calm and patient in challenging situations; it takes a lot to stress her out.
Sheila’s personal qualities shine through in her motivation, creativity, and sensitivity towards others. When she sets her mind to something, nothing can stop her, and she approaches tasks effectively and efficiently. Her love for people and her aversion to pain fuel her passion for standing up against abuse, especially towards the vulnerable. Her creative spirit is always searching for new perspectives, and she is constantly dreaming of new ideas to put into reality.
In addition to her volunteer work and personal values, Sheila is an accomplished businesswoman. She is the owner and CEO of 1st Serv Business Etiquette, 1st Serv Courier & Services, and 1st Serv GROUP, leading one of the biggest aid organizations in Haiti.
Despite facing personal challenges, such as her divorce and raising her son as a single mother, Sheila has continued to pursue her passions and positively impact those around her.
Next to her foundation work, Sheila offers free Etiquette training as a Certified Consultant to churches and women’s groups upon request. She is dedicated to spreading her knowledge and expertise in good manners, social etiquette, and protocol to those who may not have access to it otherwise.
Through her educational podcast, available on social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, Sheila reaches a wider audience with her social etiquette and protocol teachings. Her passion for educating others on these important topics is a testament to her commitment to improving the world around her.
Born into a Christian family in Haiti, Carmelle learned the importance of sharing from a young age and the profound satisfaction that comes from helping those in need. When she arrived in the United States, she chose a career in health care to continue to ease the pain of others. Carmelle is a phenomenal, strong, and kind-hearted woman who is determined to keep changing people’s lives through the Guilloux Faith and Hope Foundation.
M. Bulaire Leger is a Certified Accountant who has recently joined the Guilloux Faith & Hope Foundation as the treasurer. With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in accounting, financial management, auditing and consulting, M. Leger brings a high level of expertise and dedication to the organization’s financial management.
As Treasurer, M. Leger is responsible for managing the financial operations of the Guilloux Faith & Hope Foundation, ensuring compliance, transparency and effective resource allocation. His role includes overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management as well as advising the board on financial strategy to support the organization’s growth, sustainability and development.
M. Bulaire Leger has a strong background in working with private and public organizations, providing financial oversight and development strategies that optimize funding and enhance operational efficiency.

Mrs. Daphne Emilien is an experienced bank accountant who brings a strong background in financial management, auditing, and risk assessment to her role as Financial Advisor for THE GUILLOUX FAITH & HOPE FOUNDATION With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, she has developed a deep expertise in handling complex financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
During her tenure in banking, Mrs Emilien was responsible for managing a wide range of financial operations, including account management, internal audits, and financial forecasting. Her analytical skills and attention to detail have enabled her to ensure financial integrity and optimize performance for her clients. large-scale projects and coordinating disaster response efforts, a
consulting firm specializing in Government affairs, outreach and
training, diversity consulting services, capacity building of
institutions, Emergency Management, Project Management, Branding and
Social Media Management, and Monitoring and Evaluating of projects,
leading project for Minority and Women Owned Business Outreach and
Community Strengthening, Healthcare Advocacy, Family Planning, HIV
prevention, Food and livelihood Programmes, Emergency Management,
Teacher Development, Peer Education, Policy Development, Local
Stability Initiatives, Good Governance and Capacity Building. Mrs.
Gedeon has designed, developed, implemented, managed and provided

Mrs. Woodline Gedeon has successfully led numerous initiatives,
including various sustainable projects for donors such as USAID, UN,
IFRC, and HUD. Her experience also includes leading projects for New
York State. These efforts have not only enhanced operational
efficiency and policy implementation but have also strengthened the
partnerships between government entities, NGOs, and local communities.
As an expert in disaster management, Mrs. Gedeon has been at the
forefront of several critical emergency response and recovery
operations. Her work has encompassed everything from disaster
preparedness and mitigation strategies to coordinating on-the-ground
relief efforts. Her experience in this area has provided invaluable

Rochnard S. Raymond is a veteran of the U.S Marine Corps. He joined the forces at the age of 17 and served with dignity and protected the American interests in many countries around the world during 8 years. After his military service, he went to university and obtained his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and now he continues his studies in law.
M. Fanfan joined the Board of Directors at THE GUILLOUX FAITH & HOPE FOUNDATION he will bring a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission of supporting underserved communities. With a professional background in accounting, M. Fanfan has a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and advocacy.

M. Jean Chalviré Luxama is an experienced accountant, Theologian with over 30 years in the field of education and finance. Currently a law school student. M. Luxama accept to join the Guilloux Faith & Hope Foundation as the Administrative Director for the branch offices in Haiti. With a diverse background that combines financial expertise, educational leadership, and a keen sense of legal responsibilities, M. Luxama brings a unique perspective to this role.
As administrative Director, M. Luxama oversees the coordination and support of the branch Directors in Haiti, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively. His responsibilities include managing budget, streamlining administrative functions and fostering communication between the organization’s headquarters and local teams. M. Luxama is committed to creating a strong organization framework that enhances the delivery of programs and services to the communities served.

Dr Cadet is a visionary physician and the Medical Director of a newly established organization, THE GUILLOUX FAITH & HOPE FOUNDATION, dedicated to improving healthcare access and outcomes for the underserved Haitian community. With a diverse background in Community health specialist project manager, USAID, CARITAS, ANC, CRS in Haiti Program Director, Community Health at Bonne Fin Hospital Founder of the reflection and health intervention group on screening for uterine cancer, Dr. Faunie Cadet brings a wealth of clinical experience and a deep passion for social impact to their leadership role.
As the Medical Director, Dr. Cadet is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s medical programs, establishing protocols, and building a team of compassionate healthcare professionals.
