Sheila Guilloux is a philanthropist, businesswoman, educator, published author, etiquette expert, and humanitarian with a lifelong passion for serving others. Her commitment to service began during her teenage years in Haiti, where she volunteered with the Haitian Red Cross in disaster response. Guided by her Christian faith, Sheila founded The Guilloux Faith & Hope Foundation to support elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and vulnerable adults. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, integrity, dignity, and a strong belief that every person deserves to feel valued, supported, and cared for.

Vice President

Rochnard S. Raymond is a United States Marine Corps veteran, nonprofit leader, and dedicated community advocate with a strong commitment to service and leadership. His military experience helped shape his values of discipline, resilience, honor, and accountability. He also brings a strong academic background and experience in organizational leadership, public administration, community engagement, and partnership development. As Vice President, Rochnard works to strengthen the Foundation’s programs, build meaningful community relationships, and support initiatives that create lasting opportunities for individuals and families.

Nahomie Bellegarde is an experienced accounting, financial management, and governance professional with more than 25 years of experience. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management. Known for her integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, Nahomie brings valuable financial expertise to the Foundation. As Treasurer, she is committed to ensuring responsible, transparent, and accountable management of the Foundation’s resources while supporting its long-term mission and sustainable growth.

Ricardeau Lucceus is an attorney, published author, humanitarian, and community advocate with extensive experience in law, public policy advocacy, international service, and community engagement. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Throughout his career, he has supported causes involving immigration, vulnerable communities, justice, equality, and humanitarian service. As Legal Advisor, Ricardeau contributes his legal knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to justice and human dignity in support of the Foundation’s mission.

Rose-Gilène Clotaire is an experienced educator, administrative professional, motivational speaker, and community advocate with more than ten years of experience in education. Born in Les Cayes, Haiti, she has dedicated much of her career to creating positive learning environments and encouraging personal growth and development. She also has training in Office Administration and brings strong organizational, communication, planning, and administrative skills to the Foundation. As Secretary/Clerk, Rose-Gilène supports board operations, documentation, recordkeeping, and communication while contributing to the Foundation’s commitment to education, empowerment, compassion, and community service.
