Sheila Guilloux
Founder & President
Sheila Guilloux is the Founder and President of The Guilloux Faith & Hope Foundation, Inc. Her passion for service began as a teenager in Haiti, where she volunteered with the Haitian Red Cross. A philanthropist, businesswoman, educator, published author, and etiquette expert, Sheila is guided by her Christian faith and a strong commitment to serving elderly, disabled, and vulnerable individuals with dignity, compassion, and hope.
Rochnard Stanislas
Vice President
Rochnard Raymond is a nonprofit leader, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and community advocate committed to service and leadership. His military and professional experience has shaped his values of integrity, discipline, and accountability. As Vice President, he helps strengthen partnerships, support community initiatives, and advance the Foundation’s mission.
Nahomie Bellegarde
Treasurer
Nahomie Bellegarde is an accounting and governance professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial management and organizational leadership. She holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Management. As Treasurer, she promotes responsible, transparent, and accountable financial management for the Foundation.
Ricardeau Lucceus
Legal Advisor
Ricardeau Lucceus is an attorney, published author, humanitarian, and community advocate with experience in law, public policy, and international service. He has advocated for vulnerable and underserved communities and previously supported U.S. Army and United Nations personnel as an interpreter and liaison. As Legal Advisor, he provides legal insight and leadership in support of the Foundation’s mission.
Rose-Gilène Clotaire
Secretary / Clerk
Rose-Gilène Clotaire is an educator, administrative professional, motivational speaker, and community advocate with more than ten years of experience in education. She is passionate about personal development, community service, and empowering others. As Secretary/Clerk, she supports the Foundation through recordkeeping, communication, documentation, and administrative coordination.
